As a Senior Recruiter at Arup in Milan, you partner with European leaders to shape workforce strategy and lead end-to-end hiring. You’ll craft sourcing approaches, build lasting candidate relationships, and leverage market intelligence to guide decisions. You will champion an inclusive candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes in a multinational context.
