In this role you protect the company’s global security posture by aligning IT and OT with a robust cyber program. You will contribute to strategy, design and deployment of secure architectures, and drive compliance across manufacturing operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to secure plant networks, manage incidents, and foster a security-minded culture. This position offers impact at scale in a multinational manufacturing context and the opportunity to shape Cyber Security in a complex, industrial environment.

- Support the execution of the Cyber Security Strategy and global projects
- Design and implement secure solutions (e.g., Zero-Trust, IAM)
- Evaluate new cyber technologies to strengthen defense
- Collaborate with OT teams to secure plant floor networks and assets
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across infrastructure, apps, and OT
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards
- Define and update internal cyber security policies and procedures
- Coordinate cyber security incidents management and response
- Oversee Security Operations Center activities
- Promote cyber security training and awareness across the organization
- Provide guidance on best practices to IT, OT, development and business teams
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 6 years in a dedicated cyber security role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Deep knowledge of cyber security protocols and tools (e.g., IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR)
- Familiarity with cloud security principles
- OT security knowledge including ISA/IEC 62443 and securing SCADA/DCS environments
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST
- Preferred certifications: ISO/IEC 27001, CISM, GICSP
