As Project Manager in Milan you will oversee design and construction phases, coordinating with designers, engineers and clients to ensure on-time delivery. You will drive design coordination, cost control and procurement activities, while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. - Support management of design and construction phases of projects
- Collaborate with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building safety consultants
- Lead design coordination with respect to guidelines and constraints
- Maintain effective communication to ensure project information is available for delivery; liaise with managers for efficient control
- Support cost management activities
- Deliver all project outputs accurately and on time
- Conduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients
- Manage procurement activities
- Carry out snagging activities
- Manage and coordinate site activities
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification)
- 3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value
- Excellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills
- Strong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility
- Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian
