About the Opportunities
Jetex is looking for passionate and service-oriented hospitality professionals to join our team in Milan, Italy.
These opportunities focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences within a premium private aviation environment, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and personalized service.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a luxury service environment and are committed to creating memorable experiences for our international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality services in line with Jetex's luxury service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests professionally and efficiently.
- Support daily VIP operations, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a welcoming, comfortable, and premium environment for all guests.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within 5-star hotels, VIP lounges, premium restaurants, or private aviation.
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple guest requests.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Previous experience serving VIP or high-profile clientele is an advantage. xbvzest
