Job Description
As a Construction Estimator, you will be inspecting residential (standard and luxury), commercial, and industrial buildings or distressed slopes/hillside issues. You will propose solutions to the Building Owner or their Representatives who are in need of structural/soil repairs or upgrades.
Responsibilities include providing bids for engineering and construction services, attaining weekly sales quotas of projects sold, customer service, maintaining customer relations and client communication, and coordinating with our Engineering and Construction Divisions on client interfacing, project management, and issuing change orders during engineering or construction projects. Additional duties include construction estimating and repair consulting for the real estate community for residential or commercial properties being bought or sold.
Requirements
Bright and energetic, with excellent communication, sales, and people skills.
Minimum ten (10) years of hands-on construction and/or engineering experience.
Physically able to inspect single-family/multifamily homes as well as crawl spaces. xbvzest
Must own your own vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
