In this Consultant role, you help clients navigate complex challenges to achieve strategic goals. You’ll collaborate across clients and industries, delivering data-driven insights and tailored strategies. You drive high-quality deliverables, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development. This position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and impact on transformation initiatives in Italy.
Responsabilità- Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities
- Perform in-depth research and analysis to develop solutions
- Design and implement tailored strategies and business models
- Lead project workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity
- Support junior team members and their development
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to business development and proposal writing
- Manage client relationships and maintain satisfaction
- Adapt to different industries and client contexts
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
- Solid business acumen and industry insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of turning strategy into implementation
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in diverse groups
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
- Outstanding project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
- Strong research and report writing skills
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages advantageous
