In this role you will manage spare parts operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and stock availability, supporting BYD's dealer and service network. You will work closely with Aftersales, Service and China Logistics to maintain service levels and improve data-driven performance. The role focuses on efficient processes, reporting, and inventory optimization to enable a smooth aftersales experience. This is a chance to contribute to BYD's zero-emission mission by strengthening parts operations at scale in Milan.
Responsabilità- Manage spare parts orders end-to-end from receipt to fulfilment
- Monitor availability and resolve supply-related issues or shortages
- Provide daily operational support to service network and dealerships on parts, orders and logistics
- Collaborate with Aftersales, Service and China Logistics to maintain high service levels
- Prepare and update reports on sales, stock, backorders and KPIs
- Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain spare parts databases and related systems
- Support inventory planning and stock optimization
- Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry, preferably spare parts/aftersales
- Knowledge of spare parts management and service network operations
- Excel proficiency (PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis and reporting)
- English: written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
