Overview

As CISO, you will lead the Maison’s cybersecurity agenda, aligning with Group and Division priorities to embed robust security governance, controls, and standards. You will act as the principal security advisor to the Maison CIO and key stakeholders, drive risk remediation, and oversee security operations and incident readiness. You’ll shape cybersecurity architecture and blueprints for the Fashion Division and coordinate with legal/compliance across HQ and local jurisdictions. This role offers exposure to a global, matrixed luxury brand and a chance to impact security at the enterprise and division levels.

Responsabilità
  • Define and lead the Maison cybersecurity roadmap in line with Group and Division priorities, ensuring policy and governance implementation
  • Serve as primary cybersecurity adviser to the Maison CIO and business stakeholders
  • Lead cyber risk assessments, maintain local risk register, and drive remediation plans
  • Oversee Maison-level security operations, vulnerability management, incident preparedness and response coordination
  • Ensure cybersecurity requirements are embedded into business, digital, infrastructure and transformation initiatives, monitor posture and remediation progress
  • Support compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal security requirements
  • Contribute to cybersecurity architecture principles, standards, and blueprints across the Fashion Division
  • Provide technical guidance for secure design decisions across Maisons and shared initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on architecture and security design topics
  • Review major projects, platforms, and technology choices from a cybersecurity perspective
  • Apply Group and Division methodologies for cyber risk management, control assessment, and exception handling
  • Coordinate audits, maturity assessments, third-party security reviews, and remediation follow-up
  • Lead local coordination for cybersecurity incidents in line with Group and Division frameworks
  • Define cybersecurity requirements for business continuity and disaster recovery planning
  • Build relationships across IT, Digital, Operations, Legal, HR, Risk, Retail, Supply Chain, and other functions
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive information security experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong expertise in governance, risk management, security operations, cloud security, application security, infrastructure security, and security architecture
  • Proven ability to translate enterprise cybersecurity strategy into local execution
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
  • Previous experience as a CISO or Deputy CISO preferred
