Senior.NET Developer

Scope

Our client is looking for a Senior .Net Developer, who can develop and maintain integrations with Italian public healthcare systems, focusing on secure SOAP/REST services and authentication.

Tasks

• Develop applications in C# and .NET
• Build and maintain SOAP/WCF and REST integrations
• Implement OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, and mTLS
• Ensure application security and testing
• Integrate with Italian healthcare services

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of professional .NET development experience
• C#
• .NET Framework 4.6 / 4.8
• .NET Standard 2.0
• .NET 8+
• SOAP / WCF
• REST / HTTP APIs
• JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
• SAML
• X.509 Certificates (mTLS, XML Digital Signatures)
• NUnit, Moq, FluentAssertions

• Italian Healthcare Domain (Sogei/Sistema TS, FSE, AIFA, Electronic Prescriptions)
• Regional healthcare integrations
• HL7 / CDA
• IHE Profiles (ITI-57, ITI-62)

• Start Date: ASAP
