Offer Description
The research project aims to develop and apply a methodology for measuring health status and for monitoring and evaluating healthcare provision for individuals with chronic or multiple conditions, or frailty people, in particular, the diagnostic-therapeutic care pathways (PDTA) within the context of the new healthcare provision system, using various secondary healthcare data xbvzest sources.
