In this role you will lead technical services for system implementation projects, translating client requirements into functional configurations. You will work with cross-functional teams to align modules, data migrations, and business rules with project objectives. The role focuses on delivering effective configurations, documentation, and handover guidance to support teams after go-live. You will operate in a customer-focused environment within Canon Italia, enabling scalable enterprise configurations and smooth transitions to ongoing support. This opportunity offers hands-on work with enterprise systems and a clear impact on project success and client satisfaction.

- Analyze and document client requirements following established processes
- Create functional configuration specs from business analysis
- Support configuration of application modules, data migration, and data import to meet objectives
- Assist in software implementation projects following methods and processes
- Ensure smooth handover with documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Document technical configurations and implementation details for internal knowledge bases
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Unix)
- Basic understanding of enterprise cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure/EntraID preferred)
- Experience with virtualization xbvzest (Hyper-V, VMware) and firewall security basics
- ITIL v4 Foundation or similar certification preferred
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience with data mapping, integration concepts, and test planning
