As we transform into a Social Wellness Club, we are redefining how we approach technology and building globally scalable solutions. A key part of this transformation is bringing our core member engagement platform—including our mobile app and related services—under one central team. This team will own a unified codebase, enabling faster and more consistent feature delivery across multiple countries.

As a Mobile Engineer, you will design, build and maintain high-quality mobile experiences using Kotlin Multiplatform. Working closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, Designers, QA and backend engineers, you will deliver features across Android and iOS through shared Kotlin Multiplatform modules and platform-specific implementations where required.

This is a hands-on engineering role, with opportunities available at both mid and senior level. The level of appointment will reflect your experience, technical capability and the level of ownership you are ready to take.

The Role

• 
  
• Design, build and maintain mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform.
  
• Develop shared functionality across Android and iOS, with platform-specific solutions where needed.
  
• Work with Product, Design, QA and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
  
• Integrate the app with APIs, services and third-party platforms.
  
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve app performance and reliability.
  
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD and mobile release processes.
  
• Identify opportunities to simplify solutions, reduce technical debt and improve delivery.
  

At senior level, you will also:

• 
  
• Lead the technical delivery of complex mobile features.
  
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the direction of our mobile platforms.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers.
  
• Identify technical risks and help the team make pragmatic trade-offs.
  

Who We're Looking For

• 
  
• Experience building and supporting production mobile applications.
  
• Strong Kotlin experience, ideally including Kotlin Multiplatform.
  
• Experience developing shared functionality across Android and iOS.
  
• A good understanding of mobile architecture, APIs and application performance.
  
• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD and mobile release processes.
  
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• A collaborative approach to working within a cross-functional Product and Engineering team.
  

At senior level, you will also have experience:

• 
  
• Owning complex mobile features from technical design through to production.
  
• Contributing to architectural decisions and improving engineering standards.
  
• Providing technical guidance and support to other engineers.
  

Experience with consumer-facing digital or subscription products would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
