In this role you drive operational delivery for assigned jobs and customers, ensuring service excellence and financial performance. You will manage daily field operations, safety-driven risk analysis, planning, and resource coordination. You’ll partner with service leaders to align resources with contracts, monitor execution, and maintain strong customer communication. The role combines hands-on field leadership with a focus on safety, profitability, and continuous improvement within a global industrial technology company. You help shape reliable, safe, and efficient service delivery at scale.

- Lead operational delivery for assigned jobs and customers to ensure service excellence
- Conduct health & safety–driven risk analyses and oversee field operations
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize resource deployment and technical teams
- Maintain proactive customer communication and ensure commitments are met
- Own and drive financial KPIs (revenue, margin, profitability, utilization, absorption)
- Collaborate with service delivery leaders to align resources with contractual obligations
- Monitor field execution to ensure processes are followed and expectations met
- Track competitor activity and market trends relevant to growth strategy
- Apply safety policies per Italian D.Lgs. 81/2008; prepare and validate work permits including LOTO, PPE
- Support risk assessment through on-site inspections with RSPP/HSE Managers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or the HVAC market
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing field resources in a service environment
- Strong safety mindset and knowledge of Italian H&S regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008)
- Assertive, action-oriented leader with results-driven and innovative approach
- Fluent in Italian with good knowledge of English (reading, writing, presentations)
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and AI tools/LLMs
