You will bridge sales and engineering to tailor ABB drives and software to customer needs, supporting projects from demonstrations to commissioning. In this role you collaborate with Sales, Product Management and customers to align technical requirements with ABB solutions. You’ll work across industries such as data centers, HVAC and plastics, delivering customized packages and ensuring successful project execution. You are central to technical support, proposals, and on-site commissioning, shaping how ABB drives run what runs the world. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with growth and international collaboration.

- Perform on-site commissioning activities for Drives at customer locations
- Develop and implement customized solutions and software applications
- Understand customer needs and demonstrate how ABB solutions address requirements
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals and assist in contract negotiations
- Provide technical support to customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success
- Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automation sector
- Experience with AC drives and motor systems; PLC knowledge is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CODESYS programming language is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing capabilities with hands-on commissioning experience
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and ABB factories when required
- Fluent English; ability to collaborate with international teams (Finland)
