We’re expanding our operations across Europe and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to perform a critical role in delivering a high-performance facilities. You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex data centre builds.


The Role:


  • Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives
  • Own and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs), encompassing all aspects of project delivery
  • Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participants
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence
  • Identify stakeholders; establish their needs and expectations; and plan and implement strategies to meet their needs
  • Take charge of the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client in terms of value for money
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors


About you:


  • You will have already managed medium to large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring junior project managers and teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong contract knowledge & financial acumen
  • Degrees Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering subjects are preferable, but we’d also like to hear from you if you are qualified by experience.
  • You may already have experience in the Data Centre/Mission Critical sector, but we are also keen to speak to Project Managers in other sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore and Maritime.
