Our client is an international manufacturing and distribution company in the field of medical devices.


Your Tasks

  • Manage and optimize daily office workflows, internal processes, and operational KPIs
  • Lead and support the local team in logistics, orders, invoicing, warehouse management, accounts, and IT support
  • Supervise and support public tender processes for hospitals and healthcare institutions in Italy
  • Advise on complex procurement procedures, compliance topics, and administrative requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Italian healthcare regulations and public procurement law
  • Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, claims handling, stock control, and consignment inventory management
  • Act as the interface between local operation, sales, logistics, and the international headquarters
  • Manage vendors, office facilities, fleet contracts, and operational costs
  • Coordinate medical congresses and corporate events

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, office management, or senior administrative leadership
  • Experience in the area of medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong experience with Italian public tenders, hospital procurement procedures, and tender platforms
  • Experience in invoicing, claims management, warehouse management, and administrative workflowsFamiliarity with ERP systems, order entry workflows, and consignment inventory logic
  • Proven leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams
  • Fluent Italian and English knowledge are mandatory
  • Structured, pragmatic, xbvzest and detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Resilience under pressure, especially during tender deadlines
