In this role you will shape Europe-wide brand strategy for Sprite and translate global and regional direction into compelling local campaigns. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, consumer relevance, and commercial performance across markets. You will oversee elements of innovation, integrated marketing, and in-market execution, influencing investments and routes to market. This is a high-impact, cross-geography leadership role that blends strategy, creative development, and rigorous performance analysis to deliver measurable brand outcomes.

- Contribute to Europe brand strategy with global and regional partners; translate insights into brand initiatives and campaigns
- Develop and execute cohesive brand plans and end-to-end consumer/shoppers engagement programs
- Support shadow P&L discussions by analyzing drivers and advising on investments
- Lead elements of multiyear innovation pipelines from concept to launch
- Own IMX plans across channels including digital, experiential, and instore activation; ensure high-quality creative execution
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, engagement plans, and efficiency
- Support brand calendars and manage Direct Marketing Expense (DME) budgets
- Collaborate with bottling, commercial, customer, and channel teams for in-market execution
- Contribute to route-to-market and shopper marketing initiatives
- Track KPI performance (volume, NSR, brand health, campaign effectiveness) and apply test-and-learn optimizations
- Lead and develop project teams; foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG or consumer-driven industry
- Proven experience leading large brands and integrated marketing programs
- Demonstrated people leadership experience (direct reports or project leadership)
- Strong capabilities in brand strategy, innovation, creative development, and integrated marketing execution
- Solid commercial acumen with budget management and ROI-focused decision making
- Understanding of channel and shopper marketing, eCommerce, and route-to-market execution
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action
