As a Staff Product Engineer at Docebo, you define product direction and tackle high-impact, ambiguous technical challenges across our ecosystem. You design scalable, enduring systems that power AI-enabled learning for millions of users. You lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineers to influence roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You institutionalize AI-assisted development practices to accelerate shipping and quality. You mentor engineers and raise engineering excellence across teams.

- Shape product strategy with Product and Design to embed technical leverage in roadmaps
- Create AI-powered development leverage with AI tools and guardrails
- Elevate CI/CD, observability, testing, and reliability across teams
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to understand pain points and design experiments
- 10+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Experience with multi-language backends and scale-focused challenges
- Mastery of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar)
- Advanced fluency with product analytics xbvzest platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and experimentation
- DevOps and cloud proficiency (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability)
- Ability to break down complex problems into executable plans and tradeoffs
- Proven leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional teams
