As an Operations Specialist in GE HealthCare’s HealthCare Financial Services team, you will manage financed deals, from documentation to funding, while ensuring smooth end-to-end operations. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Risk, Finance and Asset Management to optimize deal visibility and cash flow. The role includes SOP development, portfolio servicing, and liaison with third-party banks to maintain high service standards. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a hybrid Milan-based office, offering meaningful work supporting healthcare professionals worldwide.

- Manage financed deals from documentation to funding
- Book and fund new business
- Portfolio management including customer service and collections
- Investor liaison with 3rd party banks; ensure high service standards
- Collaborate with Commercial, Risk, Finance and Asset Management for deal visibility
- Develop and maintain SOPs for Operations
- Gain deep knowledge of core HFS leasing products and ancillary services
- In-life customer management: handle requests, amendments, early term quotes
- End-of-term processing including renewals and terminations
- Manage insurance and claims procedures with end users and brokers
- Coordinate with GE HealthCare for cash and xbvzest service reconciliation
- Administer sale of transactions to HFS syndication partners
- Provide regular reporting to local and European teams on CTQ and portfolio needs
- Deliver within partner SLAs
- Masters Degree
- Previous leasing and Operations experience desirable (on-the-job knowledge acceptable)
- Ability to build trusting relationships with external and internal clients
- Team collaboration across functions; strong problem-solving abilities
