We are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan). This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance.

What you will do
Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations managed by external logistics providers (3PLs)
Ensure high service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance across
and operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
Develop reports and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making
Monitor logistics performance through KPIs, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
Build strong relationships with logistics providers and participate in regular operational review meetings
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation and other key stakeholders to optimize logistics processes
Support compliance with safety, quality, sustainability and operational standards
Who you are
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Experience gained within logistics companies and/or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience in reporting, performance analysis, and KPI management
- Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP R/3), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Power BI will be considered a strong asset
- Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken
- French language knowledge is considered a plus
