Global Operational Excellence Leader

In this role you lead Roquette’s global Operational Excellence program, deploying an E2E World Class Operations system across 40+ sites. You will partner with site leadership to elevate performance management, standards, and continuous improvement. You’ll coach cross-functional teams, embed a One Roquette culture, and drive sustainable transformation. This is a high-visibility role that shapes how sites operate at scale and across regions.

• Lead deployment of the E2E World Class Operations system
• Define and execute the roadmap for OE standards, routines, and performance management
• Ensure consistent application and sustainability of the E2E WCO framework across sites
• Assess site maturity and harmonize operational practices globally
• Coach and upskill site teams in Lean, performance management, and structured problem-solving
• Foster continuous improvement culture with accountability and discipline
• Support site transformation and performance improvement, aligning with SQCDPE objectives
• Engage and mobilize stakeholders across Americas, Europe, and Asia; facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Share best practices and drive learning across regions and functions

• 10-15 years in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
• Strong experience in industrial operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain)
• Experience deploying transformation programs across multiple sites
• Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Operational Excellence / World Class Operations systems
