Option A
: Joining the staff (employment)
* National collective agreement: CCNL Studi Professionali
* Salary range (gross annual salary, RAL): from €25,000 to €35,000 gross per year (based on experience and skills).
* Benefits: meal vouchers, Cadiprof health insurance, laptop.
Option B
: Ongoing collaboration (VAT number / freelance professional)
* Contract: professional collaboration (annual, renewable).
* Fee range: from €2,500 to €3,300 + social security contribution (Inarcassa 4%) per month. xbvzest The higher fee range is granted to professionals with proven greater experience and autonomy.### Candidates with the following characteristics### Candidate profile
* Degree in Civil Engineering, structural specialisation
* At least 5 years of experience in structural modelling and design
* Knowledge of finite element calculation software (preferably Sismicad and Prosap)
* Knowledge of the most common CAD (AutoCAD), Midas and BIM (Revit) software
