In this role you guide trial sites through the cell therapy journey, translating complex protocols into practical actions that improve feasibility, start-up speed, and study conduct. You partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share scientific insights, and drive execution quality across regions. You shape site readiness, training, and governance while translating field signals into actionable improvements. This position offers the chance to influence how trials are designed, run, and scaled in a cutting-edge oncology pipeline.

Responsabilità
  • Build and maintain deep cell therapy expertise to guide guidance, training, and best practices
  • Lead strategic, compliant communications that align region messaging across protocols and sites
  • Support site initiation and advanced protocol education; implement competency-based training to shorten start-up and ensure adherence
  • Translate eligibility criteria and patient flow into site actions to boost enrollment and reduce screen failures
  • Capture field insights on feasibility and bottlenecks; drive protocol/process adjustments and preventive actions
  • Co-create and implement high-impact local initiatives with trialists and experts; track outcomes and scale successful approaches
  • Facilitate timely scientific dialogues with investigators and internal partners; ensure governance and learnings are captured
  • Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Supply/Logistics, Patient Operations, and Country teams for rapid site service
  • Maintain knowledge of local regulations and translate to site actions to support inspection readiness
  • Attend scientific meetings; synthesize insights and build ecosystem relationships to pilot and scale innovations
  • Provide country-specific field insights to priority initiatives and shape locally compliant strategies; coordinate with Medical Affairs for field content
  • Partner with governance to ensure traceability from field signals to decisions and SOP compliance
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Bachelor’s degree in health-related field; advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MSc, NP/PA, MD/RN)
  • Strong experience in clinical research or field-facing roles within oncology/hematology or advanced therapies; direct cell therapy experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of GCP, clinical trial operations, and the cell therapy patient journey
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and training skills; ability to translate complex protocols into practical site actions
  • Willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally to support sites and program needs
  • Patient- and site-centric mindset with bias for action and problem solving
  • Data-informed approach to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
