As a Clinical Safety Specialist at Medtronic, you’ll collaborate to design, document, and implement clinical data collection studies and safety-focused data review. You will develop protocols and data systems, organize data for analysis, and resolve data discrepancies to support regulatory-compliant reporting. Your input will shape protocol design and data management across projects, driving safety outcomes and cross-functional collaboration. - Collaborates with stakeholders on design, documentation, testing and implementation of clinical data collection studies and data review
- Designs and implements clinical protocols and data collection systems
- Develops systems for organizing data to analyze, code, identify and report data and trends
- Manages data management issues by reviewing cross-project protocol consistency and identifying standard CRF modules
- Provides early strategic input on protocol design focused on safety and/or data management
- Reviews and resolves data discrepancies for standardized data validation systems and procedures
- Prepares reports of clinical trial studies for internal and cross-validation
- Reports in compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
- Requires practical knowledge and competence in the job area
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent with required experience) with minimum 2 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years
