Overview

In this role you will optimize manufacturing processes for high‑volume energy technology production, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure manufacturability and quality. You’ll apply lean methods and time/workflow analyses to cut waste and costs while scaling advanced capabilities like robotics, automation, and additive manufacturing. You will help design and implement processes, train staff, and maintain safe, compliant operations. This position offers a chance to shape manufacturing excellence at a recognized energy technology leader.

Responsabilità

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement
Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality
Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities
Train and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma) with proven experience in manufacturing engineering
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in English and Italian
Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing is a plus
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus
