Specialista Senior / Project Manager

As a Workday Success Plans Consultant, you act as a trusted advisor delivering targeted consulting to optimize customers' Workday usage. You guide configuration, demonstrate value, and help accelerate feature adoption through one-on-one coaching and micro engagements. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to ensure customers realize business value from Workday investments. This role offers hands-on learning, exposure to industry best practices, and opportunities to influence customer success programs at scale. Research customer questions to understand Workday concepts
Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
Provide one‑on‑one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay current with the Workday roadmap
Engage with customers on industry practices and contribute to new programs for adoption
Offer Office Hours and conduct configuration/requirements reviews with actionable opportunities
Design and deliver one‑on‑one customer configuration designs and deployments of Workday features
3+ years building and maintaining Prism Analytics
3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
5+ years HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing for enterprise software
3+ years IT implementation experience
3+ years software consulting xbvzest experience
Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one of: Workday HCM, Workday Financial, Workday Reporting
Ability to grasp Workday concepts as new features are released
Ability to distill complex concepts into clear customer presentations
Multitasking across engagements and deliverables
Strong analytical thinking to address technical process issues
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Bonus: Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German
