- Data/OT: OPC, Aveva PI, Kepware, Litmus
- IT/OT infrastructure, connectivity and shopfloor devices
- Testing, validation, CSV
- GMP, GAMP 5, Annex 11/22, 21 CFR Part 11
- Incident, change and issue management
- Vendor / system integrator management
- Stakeholder management across Operations, Quality, MSAT, Validation and IT
- L2/L3 MES support
- Documentation, SOPs, training and knowledge transfer
- Connected Plant / Digital Manufacturing
