In this role you support the delivery of complex energy and materials projects, ensuring construction knowledge is integrated from feasibility through EPCM execution. You work with designers, engineers and construction leaders to favor constructability and optimize project execution. You will gain exposure to a full lifecycle—from offsite fabrication to site installation—across chemical, petrochemical and energy sectors. This is a globally connected, hybrid role offering varied projects, international collaboration and development opportunities.

- Provide construction and constructability input across all project phases
- Liaise with designers, engineers and construction personnel to integrate construction requirements into design
- Perform site surveys and field assessments to validate assumptions and develop executable solutions
- Support definition of project construction strategies, execution philosophies and contracting approaches
- Develop constructability studies and construction methodology reviews during engineering and execution
- Prepare installation sequences, work packages and execution plans for major plant modifications and new facilities
- Contribute to heavy lifting and transportation studies, including logistics assessments
- Assist Home Office Construction Manager with project logistics and material management strategies
- Evaluate modularization and offsite construction opportunities to maximize prefabrication
- Prepare construction-related requisitions and technical documentation for specialized services
- Interface with international contractors, fabrication yards and vendors during all project phases
- Participate in contractor bid evaluations, qualification processes and site audits
- Review project requirements and contribute to Construction Execution Plan improvements
- Coordinate with field teams to verify constructability outcomes and identify improvements
- Maintain records to ensure quality assurance and project requirements are met
- Graduate in Engineering
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to learn new software and project execution tools
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Mandatory international mobility and availability
- Desirable: understanding of multidisciplinary engineering workflows and construction execution principles
- Desirable: familiarity with modularization, offsite fabrication, heavy lifting or industrial construction
