Overview

In this role you drive the Multi-Generation Product Plan for post-combustion carbon capture in gas turbines, aligning with CCUS Platform and EE/ CTS leadership. You lead New Product Development programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage external partnerships to accelerate commercialization. You will shape customer-focused value propositions and engage early with sales to promote innovative solutions. This is a strategic position at the intersection of technology, markets, and partnerships with a clear impact on GT decarbonization.

Responsabilità

Own and execute New Product Development programs from scope to commercialization, coordinating cross-functional teams
Prioritize NPD programs and manage WBS, budget, and program execution across internal and external stakeholders
Ensure targets for cost and schedule are met by coordinating with program managers and resolving issues
Manage external partners and joint development contracts
Collaborate with Carbon Capture Platform Manager and strategy teams to identify markets and customer KPIs
Define Multigeneration Product Plan from market segmentation to industrialization, including validation, scale-up, and supply chain optimization
Support commercial alliances and partnerships to accelerate market adoption
Provide inputs to value propositions and support budget proposals and technical offerings
Define customer engagement and product strategy during early project development stages
Promote Carbon Capture technologies at conferences and drive internal knowledge sharing and trainings

Requisiti fondamentali

BSc. or MSc. in chemical or mechanical engineering
10+ years in Product Leadership and/or Project Management
Exposure to contract management with customers/third parties
Solid understanding of gas turbine systems; familiarity with chemical plants, flue gas treatment, and carbon capture is advantageous
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Self-starter with proactive problem-solving and leadership capabilities
