In this role you lead the technical delivery of capital investment projects for a greenfield Mantova site within Nestlé Purina. You will drive design, installation, start-up and commissioning of automated filling and packing lines, ensuring adherence to Nestlé standards and safety requirements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scope, budget and schedule, delivering reliable, validated production capabilities. Responsabilità
- Lead the technical delivery of capital investment projects from design to start-up within scope
- Develop and maintain project controls, schedules, and cost estimates for Filling & Packing scope
- Define technical requirements for machines, coordinate resources and ensure URS alignment
- Perform basic and detailed design activities per Nestlé standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate FAT/SAT, risk analysis, and supplier/contractor activities for installation and commissioning
- Ensure training, SHE compliance, and readiness for validation, line acceptance, and start-up
- Support smooth transition to operations, manage line start-up and ramp-up, and track project performance
- Deliver technical reporting, lessons learned, and environmentally sustainable solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3 years of experience as leader/senior engineer in capital investment projects in the food industry
- Experience leading cross-functional teams xbvzest in project or manufacturing environments
- Factory operations exposure with emphasis on end-of-line integration, material handling and intralogistics
- Fluent written and spoken English; Italian knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with FAT/SAT, start-up activities and budget tracking
- Knowledge of AGV interfaces and production-line integration is an asset
