In this role you will lead and shape Google Cloud delivery for high-growth mid-market clients, blending deep technical execution with strategic leadership. You will guide cross-functional, global teams to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud, translating client goals into proven architectures. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving modern engineering practices and agile delivery to accelerate transformation and measurable business outcomes. This is an opportunity to influence the technology strategy and deliver high-impact results at scale within a dynamic, AI-driven ecosystem.
Responsabilità- Lead and grow a Google Cloud engineering practice, defining best practices and mentoring team members
- Manage on-shore and off-shore project teams, ensuring delivery excellence
- Act as technical advisor for sales and delivery, driving continuous innovation across assets and offerings
- Design, build, test, and deploy cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud across the service delivery lifecycle
- Lead multi-project delivery, managing global teams and senior stakeholder relationships
- Provide delivery leadership across Google Cloud domains (Data & AI, Generative AI, SecOps, Marketing Intelligence, CES, App & Infra Modernization, Workplace & Collaboration)
- Champion modern engineering and Agile delivery to ensure high-quality software at pace
- Engage directly with clients to translate business objectives into technical solutions
- Mentor and coach engineers, defining career growth and adoption of best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery with client needs
- Hands-on, client-facing technology experience (Cloud Engineer, Solution Architect, Senior Developer, Technology Consultant)
- Practical experience architecting and leading delivery on GCP
- Formal leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams
- Experience leading globally distributed project teams and multiple concurrent streams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
