What you need to succeed at XPO Experience & Knowledge
• At least 2 years of experience in road transportation, with a strong focus on international FTL operations.
• Proven knowledge of the international carrier network.
• Solid understanding of transportation market dynamics and subcontracting processes. Technical Skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Eastern European languages will be considered a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. It would be great if you also have
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Manage a portfolio of international clients at an operational level.
• Oversee subcontracting activities within the international FTL network.
• Develop and maintain a reliable carrier network aligned with business needs and transport flows.
• Ensure profitability optimization across all assigned activities.
• Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools among subcontracted suppliers.
• Assist in the onboarding and approval of new carriers by collecting and validating the required transportation documentation.
