Your role

We are looking for a Project Management & PMO Intern, who will support the Automation team in managing different activities.

Main responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • To support a tutor Project Manager Senior in managing project management activities

  • Planning: Gantt Chart set up and updating

  • Monitoring: participation to Stand Up Meeting and Project Review Meeting

  • Communication:

    • MoM of Stand Up Meeting and Project Review Meeting
    • Collaborate with different stakeholders and ensure smooth workflows
    • Execution: support in procurement and kitting material phase; Open Issue List creation and updating
    • Closure: Lesson Learnt Collection, Project Documentation Documentation Updating

PMO

  • Reporting:

  • maintenance of existing dashboard of PMO Automation relevant KPIs in PowerBi

  • continuous improvement of existing dashboard in PowerBi and relative DB in Excel

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement

  • PMO Tools&Process development

  • To Create new STD Tools for Global PMO Toolkit

  • To analyze and propose new Process Improvement for Project Management Workflow

Main requirements:

  • Educational background: Master's degree in industrial/management engineering or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.

  • Basic Knowledge of Project Management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data visualization).

  • Good level in Power BI, with experience in building reports, dashboards, and visualizing data.

  • Basic understanding of Project and Program Economics indicators (PayBack, ROI, …)

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.

  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment
