About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support our growing international teams. The primary hiring focus will be the
United States
, while also providing recruitment support for
Ireland, the United Kingdom, Spain, France, the Nordics
, and other countries as needed. This role requires autonomy, strong communication skills, and hands-on recruitment expertise across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish job postings; actively source candidates and build talent pools
  • Screen CVs, conduct candidate pre-evaluations, and lead first-round interviews
  • Prepare structured candidate reports and share them with management teams
  • Act as a bridge between candidates and sales managers during second-round interviews
  • Manage and support recruitment activities primarily for the
    US market
    , while also covering
    Ireland, UK, Spain, France, Nordics
    , and additional countries when required
  • Collaborate closely with the contract and HR administration teams
  • Support and monitor the onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    as a Recruiter
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes across different countries
  • Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using
    ATS systems
    (knowledge of
    Factorial
    is a strong plus)
  • Professional-level use of
    LinkedIn and Indeed
    for sourcing and employer branding
  • Strong interviewing skills; able to ask the right questions and actively listen
  • Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality recruitment standards

Industry Experience

  • Experience in
    Medical Aesthetics and/or Beauty industry
    is a significant advantage

Languages

  • English:
    Professional fluency (mandatory)
  • Italian:
    Strong plus
  • Additional European languages are an advantage (German, French, Spanish)
