About The Role
We are looking for a Program Support & Reporting Specialist to join a Center of Excellence (CoE) operating within a Quality Manufacutring And Technology Program Management Office (PMO) environment.

This role contributes to the effective execution of transformation and strategic initiatives by providing structured reporting, methodological support, and operational enablement.

It is a service and support role, designed to strengthen consistency, transparency, and disciplined execution across initiatives.

The position does not carry end-to-end program ownership, but plays a critical role in enabling leaders and project teams to operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics

  • Consolidate and maintain standardized reporting (KPIs, milestones, risks, budget tracking).
  • Support the preparation of management and executive dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data across initiatives.

Methodology & Governance Support

  • Support the application of standard project and program management methodologies.
  • Assist in maintaining templates, documentation, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to governance preparation (reviews, follow-ups, compliance checks).

Center of Excellence Enablement

  • Act as a support point for teams using PMO tools and standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and tools.
  • Support automation and simplification of recurring operational activities.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Early to mid-career professional with experience in PMO, project support, reporting, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • Strong analytical and structuring capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and standardized processes.
  • Collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English.
