DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO
La risorsa fornirà supporto tecnico specialistico di security a livello di sito e di progetto, interfacciandosi con il Datore di Lavoro, l'RSPP e i Dirigenti Delegati. Si occuperà del coordinamento della vigilanza, del monitoraggio dei fornitori e della gestione delle emergenze e degli accessi.

ATTIVITA' PRINCIPALI

  • Coordinare e istruire quotidianamente il servizio di vigilanza e le esercitazioni.
  • Garantire le attività informative (security induction) e la formazione dei nuovi assunti.
  • Condurre ispezioni di Security e assicurare l'aggiornamento della documentazione.
  • Gestire il reporting degli incidenti e il coordinamento in caso di emergenza.
  • Monitorare il budget e la qualità dei servizi di Security esternalizzati.
  • Verificare gli accessi di terzi tramite sistemi gestionali dedicati.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI

  • Diploma o Laurea in discipline giuridico-economiche o scienze della sicurezza.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese (anche di base).
  • Disponibilità alla mobilità nazionale (sede Livorno con trasferte).
  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo (nice to have).
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale la Certificazione UNI 10459.

OFFERTA E INQUADRAMENTO

  • Contratto: Iniziale in somministrazione di 6 mesi.
  • Inquadramento: CCNL Energia e Petrolio (categoria dalla 4 alla 2).
  • RAL: Da definire in base all'effettiva esperienza del candidato.
