Il nostro cliente è una startup SaaS americana in forte crescita, oggi impegnata ad ampliare il proprio team europeo. Per sostenere questa espansione, cerca un Solutions Consultant (Presales) con sede in Italia. Il ruolo riporta al Director of Solutions Consulting ed è decisivo per guidare la visione tecnologica dei clienti enterprise.

IL RUOLO

Sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico durante tutto il percorso di valutazione: comprenderai i requisiti dei clienti, disegnerai l'architettura target e mostrerai come la piattaforma crea valore reale. Inoltre, contribuirai all'evoluzione del prodotto condividendo le esigenze raccolte dal mercato con il team Product.

Entrerai a far parte della community globale di Solutions Consulting e Architecture, con la responsabilità di gestire l'allineamento tecnico durante tutte le fasi presales, attraverso workshop e attività che definiscono il futuro stato delle integrazioni e dell'automazione basata su AI agents.

REQUISITI


• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza presales in un'azienda SaaS


• Solida esperienza in integrazione enterprise e automazione in diversi settori


• Conoscenza pratica di strumenti di automazione, middleware, pattern di integrazione, API, web services, messaging e database


• Familiarità con tecnologie cloud, iPaaS e applicazioni SaaS moderne


• Esperienza nello sviluppo di value proposition e roadmap specifiche per il cliente


• Conoscenza dei principali vendor d'integrazione (MuleSoft, Microsoft, Boomi, Oracle, TIBCO, SAP, SnapLogic, ecc.)


• Comprensione dell'evoluzione dell'integrazione guidata da AI e agenti


• Laurea o formazione equivalente; Informatica è un plus


• Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese


• Flessibilità, collaborazione e attitudine a crescere in un ambiente dinamico


• Capacità di spiegare concetti complessi a interlocutori tecnici e business


• Ottime capacità di presentazione e conduzione di discussioni architetturali


• Approccio proattivo e orientato alla soluzione


• Passione per la tecnologia e per il valore che genera per il cliente


• Disponibilità a viaggiare quando necessario

RESPONSABILITÀ


• Gestire discovery tecnica, diagnosi e validazione nelle fasi presales


• Collaborare con AEs, Solution Architects, Professional Services e Customer Success


• Realizzare demo personalizzate e supportare la progettazione delle soluzioni


• Condurre workshop tecnici, proof-of-concept e supporto a RFIs/RFPs


• Analizzare bisogni di business e tecnologia e proporre architetture adeguate


• Rappresentare la piattaforma in eventi, conferenze e incontri con i clienti


• Raccogliere feedback dal mercato e trasferirlo ai team Product ed Engineering
