Overview:

As the
Media & Partnership Manager
, you will be ensuring the development and execution of media planning and partnerships initiatives. You will oversee and evaluate campaign performance to drive deliver impactful results. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with industry best practices, legal guidelines, and brand standards.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate the execution of cross-channel media strategies including programmatic campaigns, media buying, and coordination with key media partners.
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization by coordinating with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics) and external partners/agencies.
• Manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of media and partnership campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, creative assets are delivered, and coordination with internal and external partners runs smoothly.
• Oversee monitoring campaign delivery, tracking performance, and optimizing media spend using data insights and attribution models to support investment decisions.
• Support the management of media and strategic partnerships, and activation of co-branded initiatives
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (AgCom/IAP), and managecontracts, intellectual property rights, and legal documentation related to media and partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with creative, brand, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all campaigns and communication channels.

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaign across multiple channels such as programmatic, display, video, and social media.
• Proficiency with media buying and analytics tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads Manager, Sistrix, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability interpret data and apply insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
• A flexible, adaptable approach and a collaborative mindset within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required by business needs.
