Associate Consultant

As consultant, you will responsible for the implementation of our own STAEDEAN solution for Life Sciences industry in combination with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM. You have a crucial role in helping organizations harness the full potential of STAEDEAN solutions to drive business growth, improve their operational processes and efficiency, and enhance collaboration and communication. You bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring that STAEDEAN solutions align with client organizational goals.

Your primary focus is on helping businesses leverage Microsoft D365/ STAEDEAN solution to improve productivity, streamline operations, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The role is a mix of direct work (at the customer), indirect work (supporting our partners), and internal work (joining our product team to support and improve the product).

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate and present software solutions including preparation, execution, and follow-up with various customers and partners.
• Define in-scope solutions based on discovery checklists for software and services.
• Participate in requirements and fit/gap analysis for in-scope solutions and training of key users
• Collaborate with our Build team and share customer experiences about the product. Support our Build team with design document preparation, new features testing, bug management.
• Ensure the quality of our process documentation and solution functional designs based on the methodology we have created using Microsoft's Success by Design framework as our foundation.
• Contribute to our methodology by helping to define, create and maintain implementation templates consisting of configuration process descriptions, test scenarios, implementation accelerators, etc.
• Communicate with fellow Consultants regularly to align and sync on functional challenges within running projects.
• Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1+ years' experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&SCM, Azure or Power Platform or other ERP systems.
• Experience at least in one of these areas: Inventory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
• Self-starter that can operate individually and is also a great team player.
• Willingness to continuously improve & develop yourself, and your team.
• Analytical skills to innovate and improve the current design & architecture of the current solutions or new solutions

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets and regulations.
• Microsoft D365 certifications (MB-300 / MB-310 / MB-330).
• Power platform knowledge and experience and/or PL-200 certification.
