Chi siamo?

Quantyx Advisors è specializzata nei servizi di Asset Valuation e Risk Management nell'ambito degli Investimenti Alternativi; in particolare, Quantyx si è affermata nell'offerta di servizi per il settore delle SGR/SICAF divenendo, a partire dal 2009, leader di mercato nei diversi segmenti degli Investimenti Alternativi (Real Estate, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Private Debt e Funds of Funds).

Il team Limited Partners si occupa della predisposizione di valutazioni, analisi finanziarie e analisi del rischio per Investitori Istituzionali in Fondi di Investimenti Alternativi; il team è specializzato nella stima del valore di mercato delle principali asset classes illiquide mobiliari, tra cui partecipazioni in società non quotate (sia in fase early-stage che mature), progetti infrastrutturali, strumenti obbligazionari, Real Estate, crediti performing, UTP e NPL.

Chi cerchiamo?

La risorsa, in affiancamento alle figure senior del team, sarà coinvolta in attività di supporto nell'ambito della valutazione di asset illiquidi e della misurazione dei rischi degli investimenti, con focus su Fondi di Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt e Infrastructure.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Supporto nella valutazione di società non quotate e asset illiquidi (equity e debito) tramite metodologie DCF, multipli di mercato, DDM e metodi comparativi;
  • Analisi e misurazione dei rischi dei nuovi investimenti e monitoraggio del portafoglio tramite modelli di rischio
    AIFMD compliant
     (incluso backtesting);
  • Conduzione di ricerche di mercato e predisposizione di panel di società comparabili per attività di benchmarking e analisi del posizionamento competitivo;
  • Sviluppo e affinamento di modelli di valutazione e di performance a supporto della gestione della liquidità dei Fondi.

Requisiti

:

  • Laurea magistrale in Economia o Finanza;
  • Nice to have

precedente esperienza/internship in società di consulenza (divisione corporate finance e/o transaction), studi di commercialisti specializzati in valutazione d'azienda e boutique di corporate finance;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e dei principali data provider (Bloomberg, Mergermarket, Pitchbook).
