We are looking for an IT TECHNICIAN to take part in Refel SpA, in San Vito al Tagliamento (PN). The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in first level help desk and similar activities
- Good command of Italian and English languages
- Responsive to service needs and operational demands
- Strong communication skills and a good team player
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing IT technical support in accordance with company standards and procedures; dealing with: computers, printers, network infrastructures, telephone exchanges, mobile and landline telephones, videoconferencing systems, etc.
- Providing IT operational support, in shifts with colleagues, ensuring overall coverage of service
- Providing second level help desk
- Taking care of the IT inventory, constantly updating it
- Using the pool of IT materials provided in the most efficient way, suggesting products and quantities to include
- Determining IT needs
- Participating in regional IT infrastructure projects
- Providing support, when necessary, also working temporarily for other plants and regions of the Sisecam group
