IL TUO RUOLO

Stiamo cercando un
Materials Manager / Expeditor Senior esperto
nell'ambito dell'ingegneria e costruzione di impianti per il settore
Oil & Gas
per supportare un importante progetto.

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestione dell'intero ciclo di vita dei materiali e delle forniture, dall'ordine alla consegna finale in cantiere/sito, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche contrattuali.
  • Coordinamento e monitoraggio costante dei fornitori (nazionali e internazionali) per l'avanzamento della produzione e delle consegne (attività di
    expediting
    ).
  • Identificazione proattiva di criticità e ritardi nella supply chain, implementazione di piani di recupero e azioni correttive per assicurare la puntualità delle forniture.
  • Collaborazione sinergica con i team di Project Management, Procurement e Ingegneria per garantire l'allineamento dei flussi logistici e documentali.
  • Gestione della documentazione tecnica e certificazioni di commessa (FAT, VDR, etc.) secondo i requisiti di progetto.
  • Redazione di reportistica dettagliata sull'avanzamento materiali, KPI e stato ordini per la direzione e gli stakeholder.

Resquisiti
:

  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di
    Expeditor
    o
    Materials Manager
    maturate specificamente in progetti EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) nel settore
    Oil & Gas
    .
  • Ottima padronanza dei sistemi ERP, preferibilmente
    SAP
    . Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel) e di software di pianificazione (MS Project, Primavera P6).
  • Formazione tecnica (es. Diploma di Scuola Superiore ad indirizzo tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria/Logistica).
  • Padronanza fluente della lingua Inglese
    , sia scritta che parlata, data l'interfaccia con fornitori internazionali.
  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative, analitiche e di
    problem solving
    . Precisione, autonomia e resistenza allo stress completano il profilo.
