About Institute Itech:

Institute Itech is an early-stage multinational company aiming to build a new model of society based on three pillars: education, advanced technology, and social development.

We are building integrated ecosystems that combine high-level education, scientific research, and collective well-being, all within a sustainable and future-oriented structure.

The company is legally incorporated (USA and Italy), but not yet operational. We are currently in the strategic design and project activation phase, with several pilot initiatives ready to scale.

About the Role:

We are actively seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join as co-founder, someone who can immediately support the search for capital, structure investor relations, and guide the financial backbone of the company.

This is not a symbolic role: we need a person who is ready to take charge, knows how to raise funds, how to prepare investor materials, and how to speak directly with venture capital and strategic partners.

You must be comfortable working at the front line — turning vision into finance, and finance into execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the fundraising strategy, from materials to meetings
  • Prepare and manage all documentation required by VCs, investors, institutions, and family offices
  • Design and validate the economic and financial model of the company
  • Co-develop the business plan, legal structure, and financial frameworks
  • Ensure financial and legal compliance (Italy, EU, USA)
  • Represent the company publicly and during institutional, investor, and board meetings
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership to align financial growth with strategic development

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in venture capital fundraising, finance, or startups
  • Ability to prepare decks, terms, financial projections, valuation models
  • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – you should know how to convince, pitch, and close
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to act
  • Availability to invest time and take ownership in this founding phase

Preferred Profile:

  • Background in startups, scaleups, or investment funds
  • Understanding of education, MedTech, sustainability, or deep-tech sectors
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage pressure, and lead complex stakeholder relations
  • Willingness to grow into a C-level role and become an equity partner
