Descrizione del Ruolo

Si tratta di un ruolo ibrido come Field Services Engineer con sede a Roma o a Milano o Padova, con una certa flessibilità di lavoro da casa, in sede o in campo. Il Field Services Engineer sarà responsabile dell'installazione, della manutenzione e del supporto di apparecchiature di telecomunicazioni, della risoluzione dei problemi tecnici e della manutenzione preventiva. Inoltre, il ruolo include la fornitura di supporto tecnico e la garanzia della soddisfazione del cliente attraverso un servizio clienti e una comunicazione efficaci.

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer based in Rome, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, conducting troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, and performing preventive maintenance. Additionally, the role includes providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer service and communication.

Solida esperienza in assistenza sul campo e manutenzione preventiva

Competenza nella risoluzione dei problemi e nel supporto tecnico

Eccellenti capacità di assistenza clienti

Ottime capacità di problem-solving e analitiche

Diploma tecnico o in un campo correlato o previa esperienza

Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente ed efficiente in un ambiente di lavoro ibrido

Flessibilità di recarsi in loco presso le sedi dei clienti

Capacità di comunicare in inglese

Padronanza bascia della lingua inglese

Conoscenze PC, MS Office, basic IT

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
  • Flexibility to travel onsite to client locations
