We are expanding our legal team in Italy and we are looking for a
Junior Legal Counsel
to join us in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing, international environment, contributing to the legal aspects of renewable energy projects that are shaping the future of energy in Europe.

The Role

As part of the legal team, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of activities, contributing to the company's business and operational objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including EPC, O&M, SPA, NDA, employment, consulting, procurement, and intra-group agreements, as well as term sheets, memoranda, and legal correspondence.

·       Coordinating with external counsel to ensure the effective management and resolution of judicial, arbitration, or administrative proceedings, including providing instructions, reviewing advice, and overseeing the quality and cost-efficiency of external legal services.

  • Advising internal departments on
    legal queries and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Supporting M&A transactions, project financing, post-closing activities, and corporate matters for the corporate group and its managed assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, corporate governance standards.
  • Carrying out company secretarial duties.
  • Collaborating transversally with colleagues across the company to achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Law degree
  • 2 years' experience in the energy, regulatory, or commercial department of a top-tier law firm, ideally combined with in-house experience (experience in renewable energy is a plus).
  • Fluency in English is essential; German would be an advantage.
