Stage nella funzione di Project Management

Location: Roma

Durata: stage iniziale di 6 mesi con possibilità di rinnovo di altri 6 mesi. La possibilità di attivare anche uno stage curricolare costituisce un elemento preferenziale.

Modalità: ibrida (2 giorni di smartworking a settimana)

Stiamo cercando uno stagista nel Project Management / Business Consulting che lavorerà all'interno del dipartimento Digital, Innovation & Business Operations della nostra Azienda. La risorsa verrà inserita nel nostro dipartimento a supporto dell'attività lavorativa e lavorerà su progetti che offriranno esperienza pratica nella gestione dei progetti, nell'analisi dei processi aziendali, nella metodologia agile e nel change management.

L'Obiettivo principale dello stage è fornire al Tirocinante le competenze professionali necessarie per garantire un corretto e completo svolgimento delle attività del dipartimento.

Attività del progetto formativo:

  • Supportare il Project Manager attraverso diverse attività e iniziative strategicamente allineate alla strategia aziendale (progetti globali, iniziative/pratiche aziendali, ecc.)
  • Assistere il Project Manager nel monitorare le scadenze e la gestione delle milestone
  • Supportare il Project Manager / Agile Coach nell'organizzazione dei vari progetti Agile aziendali
  • Aiutare i team di Marketing nelle attività Agile attraverso la pianificazione, la risoluzione dei problemi e la rendicontazione
  • Instaurare relazioni basate sulla fiducia con gli stakeholder interni

Profilo:

  • Laurea triennale/magistrale in Economia, Marketing o campo rilevante; un Master in Project Management o affini sarà considerato un vantaggio
  • Esperienza nel Project Management o nel Marketing nell'industria farmaceutica (desiderabile ma non indispensabile)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata (creazione di documentazione, comunicazione quotidiana, ecc.)
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle applicazioni Microsoft Office, inclusi Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook
  • Ottime capacità relazionali
  • Flessibilità, organizzazione
  • Curiosità, motivazione, thinking out of the box
