First who
Graduated from a business or HR program (Master), you have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management.
You are fluent in Italian (mandatory) and English.

As a HR Business partner within our Milan agency, you'll play a key role in attracting and selecting the best talents to support our clients' growth.
You'll be fully responsible for managing the recruitment process from A to Z:
Recruitment:
- Identify, source, and interview top IT talents.
- Partner with business managers to understand their needs and ensure the perfect match between candidates and projects.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding.
Talent Development:
- Follow up with your consultants during their assignments and support them in their career growth at Extia.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with our business teams to align recruitment strategies and market insights.
