Responsabilità
- Gestione completa e strategica del bar e del team: pianificazione turni, formazione continua e leadership ispirazionale
- Ideazione e sviluppo di una drink list distintiva, coerente con l'identità e il posizionamento dell'hotel
- Controllo dei costi, gestione fornitori e supervisione del magazzino
- Garanzia di standard di servizio eccellenti, personalizzati e coerenti con il lusso
- Collaborazione attiva con il Restaurant Manager ed i Ricevimento sia nel day by day, sia per l'organizzazione di eventi o serate tematiche e proposte su misura,
Il profilo ideale
- Esperienza comprovata come Bar Manager o Head Bartender in hotel di lusso o cocktail bar o bar di alto profilo
- Passione profonda per il mondo del beverage e dell'ospitalità d'eccellenza
- Leadership naturale, precisione, puntualità, attenzione al dettaglio, spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus)
- Stile, discrezione e grande capacità relazionale con una clientela internazionale e sofisticata
