Construction Manager Senior
con
oltre 10 anni di esperienza
maturata nella gestione di cantieri complessi, per coordinare e supervisionare diversi cantieri sul territorio italiano.

Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della pianificazione, organizzazione e controllo delle attività operative, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi richiesti dal committente.

Responsabilità

  • Coordinare e supervisionare più cantieri in parallelo distribuiti sul territorio nazionale
  • Gestire le risorse umane a disposizione, tecniche e materiali in modo efficiente
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento lavori, il budget e il cronoprogramma
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità
  • Collaborare con i project manager, i direttori dei lavori e le altre figure tecniche coinvolte
  • Gestire i rapporti con clienti, fornitori e enti di controllo
  • Redigere report periodici e documentazione tecnica relativa ai cantieri
  • Risolvere criticità operative in modo tempestivo e proattivo

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile, Architettura o titolo equipollente
  • Esperienza minima di 10 anni in ruolo analogo, con comprovata gestione di cantieri multipli
  • Ottima conoscenza della normativa tecnica, sicurezza sul lavoro e gestione dei processi edilizi
  • Capacità di leadership, gestione team e negoziazione
  • Familiarità con software di project management (MS Project, Primavera, ecc.) e CAD
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, decisionali e relazionali
