Full Stack Developer
to strengthen both the hub and our partner companies.

About The Role
We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer
with a strong web engineering background to contribute to the development of a next-generation financial platform. The role is centered on building and evolving a production-ready web application, with a particular focus on frontend architecture, backend integrations, and complex client-side flows.

While the platform includes wallet and payment components, this position is primarily oriented toward modern web technologies, scalable application design, and high-quality product delivery. You will work closely with senior engineers, product stakeholders, and external technical partners to ship reliable features in a fast-moving environment.

What will you do?
You will play a key role in developing and maintaining a full-stack web application used by a growing user base. Your work will span frontend development, backend integration, and the orchestration of external services through well-defined APIs.

The role requires a pragmatic engineering mindset, strong attention to code quality, and the ability to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions. Exposure to wallet and payment systems is part of the scope, but the core focus remains on web application engineering and system integration.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex frontend features using React, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to backend development using , working on modular and scalable application components.
• Integrate frontend and backend layers through existing REST APIs defined via OpenAPI / Swagger.
• Work on the integration of embedded wallet functionality within a web-based application environment.
• Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to translate functional requirements into polished user experiences.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and participation in code reviews.
• Support the evolution of the platform toward advanced features such as automation, AI-assisted flows, and progressive user onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technical partners to deliver production-ready solutions.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate for this role has:

• Strong experience in frontend development with React, including hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Solid backend experience with and building scalable, maintainable services.
• Proven ability to work with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI / Swagger-based integrations.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs or external services into web applications.
• Familiarity with wallet or payment integrations in web environments.
• General understanding of blockchain-based systems (TON, USDT, Bitcoin or Lightning), without this being the primary focus of the role.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including Git workflows and CI/CD practices.
• A product-oriented mindset, technical autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice
to
have

• Experience with Wallet SDKs or similar integration frameworks.
• Exposure to cross-chain or interoperability tooling.
• Familiarity with KYC/KYT, identity, or compliance-related systems.
• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or regulated technology environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and external engineering teams.

This is primarily an English-speaking role. A B2–C1 level of proficiency is required.

This is a hybrid position, with office days at the Blox Space Innovation Hub in Turin.
